Vitamin C did it. Kanye did it. The Beach Boys did it and now the Shenkar class of 2016 has also done it. If you haven't guessed yet, I'm talking about graduating, (or at least singing about it, anyway).
Shenkar, a college in the Tel Aviv suburb of Ramat Gan, boasts prestige (now ranked one of the world's top 10 best fashion design schools) , famous alumni (oh, Hi, Alber Elbaz and Nili Lotan) and graduates that have their work displayed at The Metropolitan of Art.
Just by the looks of this graduating class' trendy, directional, yet individualistic approach to fashion, I have no doubt in my mind, we can expect nothing short of total fashion world domination from these talented individuals.
From a collection inspired by inflatables to Avant Garde pieces with fanciful proportions sported by fencing mask-clad models, the presentation did not disappoint.
Move over, Brits and all of your Anglomania. I have a feeling #Isromania is started to pick up traction.
