Embracing the Future at New York Fashion Week

As I'm sure you've probably guessed by now , I've been swooning over Israeli designer, Alon Livne and rightfully so! The man is a genius. From dressing celebrities like Paris Hilton and Queen Bey to having his designs grace the movie screens in the upcoming Hunger Games movie, it seems like everyone has a giant Alon crush.

Alone Livne presented his Spring 2015 collection at The Hub at The Hudson Hotel on September 6, 2014 in New York City. Despite this only being his fourth season, Alon Livne has really done something uniquely beautiful and has really come into his own. His 3-D, futuristic leather cutouts mixed with ultra-feminine, ethereal fabrics and silhouettes created stunning juxtapositions that wowed everyone. I am excited to see these gowns be worn by risk-taking, avant garde loving celebrities on future red carpets.

With all of the '60's mod and '70's fringe on the runways, Alon's collection was a breath of fresh futuristic air.
